We created a 360 campaign by allying ourselves with Ibai Llanos “The King of the Internet” and the most influential person during 2020 and 2021 according toForbes magazineto get Movistar customers to upgrade to the new Fusion plan with a permanence of six months at the company.

To conclude, through personalized emails that Ibai would give, we offered them a variety of devices that ranged from televisions to consoles or mobiles for 0€/month.
